This residency will feature music composed by me, for a quartet, that is yet to be aired in public. The music is the result of a deep investigation into my own sound and compositional capabilities. The lockdown of 2020 gave me 6 months to practise and reflect on the results of that practice. I came out of lockdown with seven, refined, precise compositions that speak of my experience.

Also featured for this event will be members from my current VCA Honours cohort and my mentor Adrian Sherriff. The music presented by all is a mix of different styles and highlights the personal investigations of each band leader
