It’s Alright, Look at Me I’m Young is the title track and third release off Boydos' debut album out Novemeber 8th through Cooking Vinyl Australia.

It's Alright, Look At Me I'm Young was recorded in the New Zealand studio of producer Ben Edwards (Marlon Williams, Aldous Harding, Nadia Reid, Julia Jacklin).

The title track, an anxiety attack about being out-run by your peers. Appropriately, it was written on the fly in the New Zealand studio of producer Ben Edwards, who Boyd had previously worked with when he was playing guitar for Julia Jacklin. “In the music industry you have a preoccupation with your age and of running out of time,” Boyd explains. “Thirty seems like a deadline, even though that’s irrational because many people don’t ‘make it’ till later. It just feels like everyone’s in a desperate rush to achieve – and to do it first.”

Boydos will be embarking on a not-to-be-missed, east coast headline tour to celebrate the launch of the new single, including metro shows in Sydney on July 20 at Golden Age Cinema and Melbourne on August 1 at The Retreat. Show information can be found at www.boydos.com
