On Friday March 1st we’ll be hosting Batts on the Yah’s bandstand. The performance moniker for Melbourne based musician Tanya Batt, this will be her first club appearance for the year having just appeared at the Grampians Music Festival. An ever-growing fanbase is building due to the rather emotional and powerfully executed 62 Moons EP of last year; a studio effort that found Batts tour the East Coast to sold out showings whilst gaining International radio support from the likes of triple j (Australia), BBC Radio 1 and Radio X (U.K), and also KCRW (USA). With tour support for the likes of Didirri at home and taking on a string of dates abroad for the first time, anticipation is high for a debut full length album that has been teased for early this year.
