Confidence Man present FULL TILT. A late night DJ infused celebration of their new album on its day of release.
About this event
TILT is more than a brand, it's a lifestyle. Founded on the philosophy of ‘if it’s fixed, break it’, Confidence Man embody this mantra in everything we do. Boredom will never take us alive, or dead. Contort. Maximalise. Blow it up. Go beyond the monotony of the everyday. Give TILT a chance. Tilt yourself. Get Tilty. It feels like a different thing.

Olive Yaah is the alter ego of German musician and visual artist Olivia Wendlandt.

Formerly the frontwoman of Relaén, Olive supports her tender, vulnerable voice with soulful keyboards and SP404. The music explores themes of love, consumerism, philosophy and Vaporwave.

After releasing several records, touring Germany and parts of Europe, and supporting acts like Roy Ayers, Noname, Macy Gray, Makaya McCraven, Ed Motta and Azymuth with her band in Germany, she moved to Melbourne/Naarm in order to immerse in the vibrant local music scene and grow as an artist. Since 2019 she is based in Melbourne, and currently working on a new album that is planned to be released in 2022.

Olive weaves her songs into an experimental and polyrhythmic Hip Hop/jazz-fusion outfit with bandmates Sam Maguire on bass and synthesizer and Jessi Lumbar on drums. Drift into a daydream and let your ears be challenged in a good way!"

Yambra is an eclectic young artist from Naarm. For the last few years he's honed in on a style that would easily peak one's ears. Yambra strives to showcase a sound soaked in uplifting energy and good vibes.

Over the past couple of years, after releasing his first full length rap project “Orbits” and leading Melbourne collective Vibe Union from the front, Rhath is proving himself as one of the most unique and energetic voices in Melbourne hip-hop. Over self-produced tracks, he paints a cinematic image through his lyrical hip hop. Rhath is promising a lot of fresh new music for 2022; both solo and collaborations, while running numerous events around Melbourne, showing everyone he’s here to build a legacy.

Ya Boy Alaska is a rapper out of Perth (the 6k). Alaska twists familiar samples into colorful and unique bangers combined with thought provoking lyrics about hustling, living life and getting by in a period of economic decline.

Walla C is a hip hop producer and DJ from Brazil now resident in Melbourne. His compositions are known for their signature percussive style, feature intricate synths and draw inspiration from jazz, funk, and Afro-Brazilian sounds. His DJ sets are dynamic and rhythm-driven, as he weaves effortlessly between Afrobeat, trap, raw baile funk and tropical bass to ignite dancefloors.
