Aka Zeb invites you to the launch of his upcoming release, ‘RDH’! A jazz, funk and house infused single jam packed with live drums and percussion, Rhodes, synth bass, strings and sax (courtesy of the brilliant Tom Edwards). The release also features 3 remixes from Melbourne’s own jonQuil, priya and Horatio Luna, and is scheduled to be released late October. The event will feature live performances from Horatio Luna (Band) and Aka Zeb (Band), plus a supporting Dj set from priya.

Aka Zeb(He/Him):

is a house and hip hop producer based in Melbourne. Combining his lifelong love of jazz, funk and disco music, with a love of sampling, Aka Zeb seeks to create raw, club ready beats with driving rhythms, deep atmospheres and funky goodness.

priya(They/Them):

is candidly a sucker for anything house. They are a fan of the jazz-infused, a good rolling bassline, and anything rhythmic. Over the last seven months, they have exploded onto the Naarm/Melbourne dance music scene with acclaimed sets in institutions like XE54, Colour, Thank You 2 & The Gaso.

They are looking very forward to some new original music of theirs coming out on labels such as Love Above Records and Start Local Records very soon!
