From an episode of Breakfasters

Interview

There’s something about extraverts

The Breakfasters team chatted with Luke Smillie, Senior Lecturer in Personality Psychology at the University of Melbourne, about how studies have revealed that happiness is more closely related to personality than to more external circumstances. Smillie, who’s co-authored the article ‘Happiness Hinges on Personality’ on The Conversation, posits that well-being could be internally wired, and explains how extraverts’ preternatural predisposition towards activeness, openness and talkativeness has more effect than money, property, et cetera.
