Ahead of their upcoming tour of Australia, which includes shows at WOMADelaide, Golden Plains and the Croxton Bandroom, British neo-jazz collective Kokoroko drop by The Score for a chat. The band released their debut album Could We Be More last year, but have been playing together for almost a decade, touring and playing festivals across the globe. Sheila and Onome from the band chat to Samira about translating their expansive sound to the record, channelling West African music in their sound, and what they’re looking forward to most about touring Melbourne.
