The Mission: The Hon Linda Burney MP on Enshrining an Indigenous Voice to Parliament

The Albanese government has committed to ask the Australian people if there should be an Indigenous Voice to parliament enshrined in the constitution. This voice is outlined in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and would be asked by referendum. The Hon Linda Burney, Minister for Indigenous Australians, will be chiefly responsible for advocating and negotiating for this process. She joins Daniel on The Mission to discuss the potential change and what it would mean.
