The Aboriginal community is one of the most vulnerable sections of the community when it comes to COVID-19. One of the greatest weapsons in the fight against the virus is screening. But in Aboriginal health settings a lack of personal protection equipment (PPE) is preventing health workers for testing patients for COVID-19. Karen Heap, chairperson of the Victorian Aborginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO) joins Daniel to talk about the need for PPE and the state of play for Aboriginal communites in Victoria.
