The Grapevine: Get The Lowdown On Next Year’s Brunswick Music Festival With Music Programmer Emily Ulman

Brunswick Music Festival was scheduled to take place just before the pandemic hit, forcing organisers to pull the plug. Now, with so much still up in the air and uncertain about the future, festival programer Emily Ulman is already planning how to adapt next year’s BMF. “I think about it like being in a scene of Indiana Jones or something, running away from the boulder,” Emily says on The Grapevine. “I have no doubt that there’s going to be a lot of amazing ideas brought to the table.”

The 2021 fest is still six months away, but organisers are looking now for expressions of interest from artists and musicians who want to be a part of the action. “I’m really excited to hear what people want to showcase and their ideas, and whatever people want to put forward is awesome.”

Expressions of interest close 20 September 2020.
