Naarm based Singer-Songwriter Rowena Wise joins Kate on The Distant Sky to discuss her brand new record Bad Things Feel Good*, set to hit the airwaves this Friday.

"There is so much contradiction in the human experience. You hear that in these songs. It's a companion rather than an answer."

Her emotionally raw sophomore record delves into themes of mental health, heartbreak, family ties and feeling lost in the universe. Rowena discusses using songwriting as therapy and the importance of vulnerability in connecting with the audience.

Bad Things Feel Good* releases on the 7th of August via Beloved Records. More information can be found here.
