Playwright, director and actor Aidan Fennessy passed away towards the end of 2020, but his work continues to live on. The Heartbreak Choir is being performed at the Melbourne Theatre company and it’s a celebration of friendship, community and theatre. Director Peter Houghton reflects on Aidan’s life and works, and what it has been like to direct his final play.
