This week, for the first time in Australia, Minami Deutsch bring their heady interpretation of kosmische musik to the stage. Kyotaro Miula and Keita Ise from the band join Frantic Items, via the city street in Koenji, discussing the mysterious history of psychedelic music in Japan and their influences. Latest album Fortune Goodies also introduces elements of acoustic folk and Brazilian bossa nova to the minimal mix. The interview includes guest selections from each musician.
