Dr Felice Jacka OAM is a Professor of Nutritional Psychiatry, the Director of the Food & Mood Centre at Deakin University, and founder and president of the International Society for Nutritional Psychiatry Research. She joins Dr Shane and Dr Lauren to explain the history of developing a "whole system" approach to psychiatry, especially the link of nutrition and food to brain health.

Felice also chats about poo transplants as a new treatment for people with depression, and her experiences at NASA advising on nutrition in outer space, and how to keep astronauts healthy on the long voyage to Mars.
