The Grapevine

Peter Chambers, Senior Lecturer in Criminology and Justice at RMIT, and Tom Andrews, PhD student in Law at University of Melbourne, join the show to discuss road law change amidst the surge in cyclist deaths. Together they wrote an article in The Conversation outlining the problems with current safety strategies, and they’re also writing a book on Melbourne as a city in economic transformation, with a particular focus on road cycling. Cam Walker from Friends of the Earth drops in to explain the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report which was released last week. Plus, Quentin Beresford chats about his latest book, Adani and the War Over Coal.
