Formed in 2023, Sorbo Amplio is making waves as the new embajadores de la palabra de la cumbia (ambassadors of the cumbia word). With a unique fusion of ska, cumbia, and the occasional sprinkle of hip hop, their sound is all about energy, rhythm, and community. Since their debut, they’ve lit up stages across Melbourne and beyond, with standout performances at iconic venues like Nightcat, Revolver, and Workers Club.
