Over their ten years together Ghost Towns of the Midwest have been slowly wandering farther afield from the well worn paths of Americana, crafting their own take of “Melbournicana” in the process. They’ll kick off 2023 with a stripped back show at Ringo Barr, dusting off some old tunes and also sharing new songs and they’ve been tinkering on in their studio, a place they’ve been spending most of their time of late. Copies of their 2020 album “Other Places” will be available on limited edition 10” vinyl on the day.
