No strangers to the Thornbury Local, Blue Windows are back to play tracks from both their albums and some handcrafted new songs. They combine original indie-folk songs, spiced with a dash of folk-pop tones.
Quirky themes and insightful vignettes of human behaviour are sources of inspiration, while love, loss, revenge and suspicious cats makes you wonder if they are one agonizing song or features on their latest album.
They launched their second album ‘Borders’ last year at the Wesley Anne in Northcote of which Monday Mornings in May entered the Top 30 of the Australian Songwriter’s competition.
Blue Windows supported Alex Smith from Moving Pictures and have played many venues around Geelong, Bellarine and the Surf Coast and Melbourne.
