3RRR Employment Opportunity: Accounts Administrator
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:
Accounts Administrator – 3 days per week
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 per annum (pro rata)
General Description:
The position is a broad-ranging accountancy position which is responsible for all matters relating to Triple R accounts, including financial reporting and maintenance and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements and obligations.
Duties include client invoicing and receipting, debt collection, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, preparation of monthly finance reports, general ledger reconciliation, audit preparation, banking and BAS preparation and lodgment.
Your bookkeeping and MYOB experience must be at a level where you can work autonomously and take accountability for this role.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
• Customer Invoicing and Receipting
• Payments and Expenses
• Banking
• Debt Collection
• Reconciliations of Key Accounts
• Payroll, Super and PAYG
• Financial Statements including Cash Flow
• Quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS)
• Audit Preparation and Reporting
• General requirements as an employee of Triple R Broadcasters Ltd.
Selection Criteria:
Essential
• Expertise with MYOB
• Expertise with Microsoft Office
• Significant experience in bookkeeping/accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
Desirable
• Appropriate educational qualifications
• Experience in not-for-profit organisation
• Experience working with volunteers
• Knowledge of 3RRR and/or community broadcasting
