Presents Local and/or General
How did you first connect with Triple R?
By spending many a late night / early morning (and subsequently many a sleep-deprived- coffee-fueled day) doing graveyard shifts.
What/when was your first show?
Local and/or General!
What's your favourite Triple R story?
Probably calling up during The Skull Cave many years ago to find out who the hell this 'Lou Reed' guy was. Suffice to say The Ghost was not impressed.
Your favourite other Triple R program and why?
Against The Arctic for exposing me to so many different genres and the intertwining themes to be found throughout those genres. Declan's show was and continues to be an inspiration but most importantly has helped me take a very different approach to the way I listen to music.
What does Triple R mean to you?
Triple R means a place where you can hear people being people. It's a way of connecting with a like-minded, passionate community by sharing and supporting the many different ideals & interests involved with that community whether it be around the corner or around the globe.
The studio door has accidentally jammed shut with you stuck inside. If there was only one CD in there with you what would you want it to be and why?
Anything by Fela Kuti. That way I could dance my way through the studio wall to all the other CDs I left outside when the studio door accidentally jammed behind me for the purposes of this question.
What would you do if you were on a picnic and you had an ice cream and the ants crawled on the ice cream, what would you do?
I would eat the ants because they're made out of protein.
