How did you first connect with Triple R?
Via mains electricity.
What/when was your first show?
South Pacific, but somebody had already used that title, so we changed it to The Two Headed Duck Show. That was around 1898, shortly after Marconi invented alternative radio.
What's your favourite Triple R story?
When Bruiser Brian Driscoll from the office stripped down like a Turkish wrestler and tore a photocopier to pieces with his bare hands.
Your favourite other Triple R program and why?
I really don't listen to the radio, which coincidentally is Stew's iron-clad policy during All Over The Shop. I admire the way Karen Leng, Maxwell Von Crawdaddy, Jacinta Parsons and Doris - Twang Girl - Hylands present music shows, among many others on RRR. Stevey Ghost is the great old-school Wolfman Jack type DJ from a past we never had. Tony Biggs does a great job keeping his balls in the air doing talkback, and also does a good radio show. I also am amazed by that other show Stew Farrell does during All Over The Shop.
What does Triple R mean to you?
It's a radio station, isn't it? Do I win anything?
The studio door has accidentally jammed shut with you stuck inside. If there was only one CD in there with you what would you want it to be and why?
I would want one custom made CD with a voice on it saying, "Attention Bruiser Brian Driscoll from the office - Leaping Larry L is stuck inside the studio. Rev up the power tools and get him the heck out of there."
What is your favourite piece of RRR equipment?
(1) The "rust"-caked drill press in the RRR Chamber of Horrors, er, tech room.
(2) The coffee-machine in the kitchen, but only whenever Big Stew tries to use it.
