How did you first connect with Triple R?
Was introduced as a listener by older siblings and went on to become a vol, then summer filler then a broadcaster.
What/when was your first show?
After summer fills for a few years we took over from The Spin in Aug 2006.
What's your favourite Triple R story?
Throwing my sub card off the rooftop at Fitzroy 3 times to get friends into a Paul Kelly live gig, shh... don't dob me in.
Your favourite other Triple R program and why?
Soooo many but JVG Radio Method, not just coz we see them every week but coz they're great blokes who have heaps of fun, I always hear unusual tracks and great live acts all in one show.
What does Triple R mean to you?
It's an honest voice not dictated to by $$$ or ‘the man'. Really important that a community has an avenue to turn to when it wants to be heard and RRR invites and welcomes all.
The studio door has accidentally jammed shut with you stuck inside. If there was only one CD in there with you what would you want it to be and why?
Not my fav album but Jealousy by The Dead Salesmen. It was the only tape, yes tape, I had on me when I travelled Europe for 9 months and I could still listen to it today so that's gotta say something.
If you could do any other show on RRR, what would it be?
The Pinch coz my mum says I'm the funniest knob she knows, and she knows a lot of knobs.
