Tim McMahon from RMIT's Rubik's Cube Club came into the studio to talk about the Melbourne Winter Open 2010 'speedcubing' competition. The competition is from Sept 4-5 at Melbourne Central. Registration closes today so head on over to

Our second interview was with Paul McKay from GetUp Australia. He spoke to us about the election and gave us his thoughts on the current goings-on and GetUp's role in the whole thing.

Last but not least, Laura Miller came in to talk to us about FReeZA Central's Mentoring Programmes and Workshops for the young people of Australia.
"FReeZACentral annually pairs 50 young Victorians with their dream mentors across five streams including performance, technical production, event management, music business and marketing and publicity."
They also run eight free music industry career workshops for 15 to 25 year olds around Victoria each year.
