The 1980s series Robin Of Sherwood survived replacing its leading man,
neatly implying that 'The Hooded One' was a kind of magical franchise
operation, but the 21st Century series never quite got over killing off
Marian (Twice! Er, she got better!) and the third season was the final
one. Still, Gissy is broody, Robo is speechy and the Sheriff is still
shouty!

PM.Merlin is still much put upon by the gradually emergent Prince
Arthur (who has finally discovered Guinevere
