GUESTS:
It's the last Wednesday of the month and as usual, resident psychologist, Dr Sam joined us on our "Inside/Out" segment. Each month we talk a different emotion or element of human behaviour. Today we took your calls on 'Worry'. We'd love to hear from you what future topics you would like us to discuss. Email: namilab@hotmail.com

Rachel Main (aka Lady Burn) - producer/director of "Burncity: A journey into Melburn & Australia Krump" - swung into Triple R to wax lyrical about the world of krumping. And as she discussed, this underground art form is more than just a dance for many young people.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Dawn Penn studied classical piano and violin as a young girl. But she's best known for her influence as a singer in the world of Rocksteady for her song, "No No No (you don't love me anymore)". The song has been sampled and reworked by Ghostface Killah, DJ Spooky, Hexstatic and more.
Dawn performs alongside Stranger Cole this Saturday 1st May at the Corner Hotel in a very special one-off performance, backed by the Melbourne Ska Orchestra.

She is one of the organisers of "Samba Cine Club" - which is a monthly event that aims to promote Brazilian culture in Melbourne. Food, film, funky tunes and more. Free entry and it takes place this Friday 30th April from 5.30pm to late.
