With the success of her much-loved Carlton restaurant, Abla's - which is something of a Melbourne institution - chef Abla Amad has released a new edition of her beautiful cookbook, "Abla's Lebanese Kitchen". Featuring 100 of her best recipes, Abla's cookbook gives wonderful insights into Lebanese culture and culinary delights. She shared with Triple R listeners the important role her dishes have played with connecting the wider Melbourne community and this book isn't just a cookbook, but a memoir of her culture.
