The Federation of Ethnic Communities Council of Australia (FECCA) is getting ready to kick off the 2009 Biennial Conference in Shepparton. The 2-day forum will focus on the twin themes of social inclusion and multiculturalism and how this affects Australians from migrant and refugee backgrounds. FECCA Director, Peter Van Vleit, joined us on the phone to discuss the big issues facing these communities.
