Flip’s Latte Dessert
STUFF:
4 eggs
ј cup sugar
ѕ cup milk
ј cup strong brewed coffee
ACTION:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Make coffee and set aside to cool.
Beat eggs and sugar until well combined (you can use a whisk or
electric beater).
Add milk and coffee and beat again.
Pour mixture into 4 ramekins.
Place ramekins on a baking tray and half fill tray with
water.
Cook for 20 mins on 180 degrees.
Cover with alfoil and cook for a further 40 mins.
Serve with a dollop of cream.
