Flip’s Delish Dessert
STUFF:
1 cup oats
1 cup flaked almonds
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 egg white
200 grams mascarpone cheese
200 grams ricotta cheese
Pumpkin seeds to top
ACTION:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Line a baking tray with alfoil or baking paper and cover with
oats, almonds and sugar.
Cook for 5-8 mins until just golden brown, stirring the oat
mixture occasionally to get an evenly colouring.
Meanwhile, beat egg white.
Stir in ricotta and mascarpone cheese.
Let oat mixture cool.
Then stir oat mixture into cheese mixture.
Place some fruit (berries, tinned fruit, mango chunks) at the
bottom of a glass or clear bowl.
Top with mixture.
Sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds on top (for colour and
crunch).
Chill in fridge for about 20 mins before serving.
